At TradeProfit ("we", "our", or "us"), we are deeply committed to respecting your privacy while providing transparency regarding the data associated with your use of our decentralized application (dApp). This Comprehensive Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, processed, and broadcast when you interact with our platform and underlying smart contracts.

BLOCKCHAIN TRANSPARENCY WARNING

TRADEPROFIT OPERATES ON A PUBLIC BLOCKCHAIN. ALL TRANSACTIONS, WALLET ADDRESSES, AND BALANCES INVOLVED IN SMART CONTRACT INTERACTIONS ARE PERMANENTLY AND PUBLICLY RECORDED ON THE BLOCKCHAIN. BY DESIGN, THIS DATA CANNOT BE ERASED, MODIFIED, OR COMPLETELY ANONYMIZED BY US OR ANYONE ELSE.

1. Information Collection

The Platform may collect personal and transactional information necessary for the provision of services, including but not limited to:

  • Name and contact information (if voluntarily provided via support channels or specific integrations);
  • Wallet addresses and transaction records;
  • Account-related information;
  • Any additional information voluntarily provided by the User.

Data We Do NOT Collect: As a decentralized protocol, we explicitly do not collect your private cryptographic keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. Never share these with anyone.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

User information may be processed solely for the following purposes:

  • Account administration and management;
  • Execution and management of trading services;
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, and transactions;
  • Security, fraud prevention, and compliance monitoring;
  • Customer support and operational communications;
  • Calculating referral distributions across the network.

3. Data Confidentiality and Sharing

The Platform respects your privacy and enforces strict data confidentiality protocols:

  • The Platform does not sell, rent, lease, or commercially distribute User data to third parties.
  • User information shall not be disclosed to external parties without the User's consent except where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, regulatory authority, or legal process.

Technical Disclosures: Data may be shared with or accessed by blockchain networks (e.g., Binance Smart Chain), RPC providers (to read/write to the blockchain), and hosting/analytics services as a strict technical necessity to ensure site uptime and performance.

4. Smart Contract and Fund Authorization

Any smart contract, wallet authorization, or technological mechanism utilized by the Platform is implemented solely for operational convenience and service functionality. User funds shall not be accessed, transferred, or utilized without the permissions expressly granted by the User (e.g., via a token approval transaction). Any authorization provided by the User shall be used exclusively for the purposes described within the Platform's services.

5. Data Retention and Your Rights

Because blockchain data is immutable, we cannot delete, modify, or erase your transaction history or the linkage of your public wallet address to our smart contracts. This data will persist on the blockchain indefinitely.

For off-chain data, you have the right to disconnect your wallet, clear your browser's local storage/cookies, and opt-out of optional analytics tracking.

6. Security Measures

The Platform implements commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect User information and digital assets. Notwithstanding such measures, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or internet-based communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are ultimately responsible for the security of your hardware wallet, private keys, and local environment.
